Consistent Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a growing online D2C retailer in their search for a Customer Service Manager. This has been such a busy year and with exciting plans in place to grow sales in line with their 5-year plan it really is a fabulous time to join them on their journey.
As the new Customer Service Manager you will manage and develop the existing Customer Service team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the customer service function, acting as a point of escalation for the team where necessary.
You will be instrumental in the process improvement of the multichannel customer service offering as well as the upskilling, development and day to day management of the team. You will be a strong communicator, who understands the value of employee engagement within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
