Two most common questions asked by candidate’s

How much will it cost me?

If you are being asked for money to register with a Recruitment agency then walk away, there is no cost for an agency to find you a job.  CV and interview advice should be part of the service if you are registered and interviewing through them, that is what we are here for.

I have seen agencies offering extra services to candidate’s where there is a cost but I must admit, it doesn’t sit well with me.  If I feel that you are a candidate that I can work with and you have the right skill set and experience, then assisting with your existing cv is part of the service and is a benefit to me hence no charge.

If I have secured you an interview then it is my duty to provide you with all relevant information and go through a preparation for interview meeting, this will help you feel more confident and prepared for your interview, no charge.

How does it work?

An agency, i.e. Me will talk to you and find out your requirements, this should be completed face to face as it helps us to build up a relationship, as a local agency this is no problem.  Remote recruitment is harder as it is all completed over the phone.

Once registered, I will market you out and talk to my existing clients and companies where I feel would be a good match.  I match your skill set to existing and new jobs and make sure that you have all the relevant information to make an informed decision as to whether this is the right job for you.

I organise the interviews and provide feedback, the offer goes through me and I can negotiate on your behalf to get the right package.

Basically, I am the middle man between you and the employer (job matchmaker ?)

I put people in the right place at the right time

My fee comes from the Employer only, No cost to the candidate i.e. YOU
